What Location do you ship to?
We package and ship orders across the USA but transit time will vary from location to location.
How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, depending on the shipping option selected during check out. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling and processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 2-5 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are unpredictable. Additional factors such as distance, location, natural disasters, may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including carriers, are provided with every order. If your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent with a tracking number to prevent lost packages. The postal serviced is out of our control once your package leaves our location of business. If your order happens to get lost in transit or retuned to us for any reason, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking number. Please see our refund and return policy for when these options might be applicable to shipping situations.
Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time might take than our policy states. If this is the case, contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
